Luke Davies of Native Multimedia is an old pro in a young business -- the art of streaming the sacred. Based in London, Luke has been on the cutting edge of giving a beautiful presentation of Catholic projects in new media. 

At a time when web developers scurried to build placards, Luke took his time and created a place. When the new media expanded to make more of people present to people he again was right there riding the crest of the interactive wave of Flash video.

If you've visited the Vatican.va web site yuo've seen some of his work. If you've come across a beauty spot of English monastic live in England -- likely you've encountered Luke yet again.

In the early days of first generation www design there was a landmark book known within small circles entitled, "Web Pages That Suck".  It was direct and to the point. You can learn what not to do by looking at rather poor web sites. The converse is also true: you can learn loads from good design. So those who are just starting out in new media and are willing to go into that most difficult corner of the Lord's garden -- media mission, don't miss a study of Luke Davies approach to the new evangelization.
