Media Cova is an online village which draws together from around the globe the best craftsmen to assist in the building of virtual cathedrals -- media projects which give glory to God.

It is a  soul-book community where creative minds can share and cross pollinate ideas, showcase their work, connect with funding, and reflect on the nature of media and its application for a new evangelization.

It is a news aggregate that keeps professionals informed about events that impact on Christian media and culture.

Media Cova aspires to become a sodality or pius union of traditional and modern media artists primarily dedicated to the service of the Catholic Church.

It is, however, open to all people of good will who wish to build authentic culture by incarnating the beautiful and the true.

With the firm conviction that new media presents us with new Roman roads to make the image and voice of Christ seen and heard, Media Cova hopes to send out a new generation of media missionaries across barbarian landscape to reach all people of good will, build virtual cathedrals, and proclaim the gospel.

Coming Soon:

• Paypal enabled listings -- so members can advertise and sell their services or products
• Advertising system -- donation based advertising for all members
• Content and Skill Syndication Network -- so members can broadcast their content on multiple sites and in multiple media forms and create "VC" virtual corporate entities to tackle remote projects together

Coming in Stage Two:

• Cafe Cova -- live internet broadcast of guest speakers, musicians, art shows, and the syndication of Cafe Cova programming to partner web, television, and radio outlets; a non-confrontational coffee shop serving fresh traded culture
• Local Chapters -- meetings of media missionaries to cultivate personal devotion and professional excellence

Our Goals:

• Creation of Media Cova Sodality or Pius Association -- for the edification and sanctification of those called to be media missionaries and through their efforts the conversion of hearts
• Creation of Media Mission Corp. -- media experts working in mission lands to help Catholic mission groups establish a "public voice" and assist in local education; provide consulting to assist Catholic lay leaders, bishops, and Vatican dicastries communicate more authentically and effectively as pastors in the age of mass media
